Dr. Brett Pulliam

Dr. Brett Pulliam, a native of Wilmington, Delaware; is the Executive Director for Educational Opportunity and Success Programs at Stockton University Prior to his role at Stockton, he served as the Assistant Director for the Educational Opportunity Fund Program at Rutgers School of Health Professions, and before that, as the Associate Director of Counseling and Enrollment Services for the Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program (PMPDPP) at Seton Hall University.

He holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bloomfield College, a master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Seton Hall University, and a Doctoral degree in higher education leadership management & policy from Seton Hall University.

Dr. Pulliam has enjoyed various opportunities within EOF so much that he has held various positions within the Educational Opportunity Fund Professional Association (EOFPANJ) where he has served in a variety of positions, culminating in Vice-President, and President of the organization. In addition to his responsibilities within EOFPANJ, he also serves as Treasurer for the Tri-State Consortium of Opportunity Programs of NY, NJ, and PA. He has presented at the inaugural NASPA First-Gen Conference, Tri-State Consortium Biennial Conference, NJ/NY Regional AACROA Conference, and NJCAC on various topics regarding EOF and student services.

Dr. Pulliam is excited for his opportunity to work with both EOF and Student Success Services at Stockton, as he understands the importance of “Student First.”
