NEXTGen (Network for Exchanging eXcellence and Transformation) is a community of support for new and upcoming professionals in the higher education opportunity program space. This group serves as a place to gain community, a network, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for leadership development.

Fellowship
Fellowship is a biennial conference that brings together NEXTGen members, higher education professionals, and student leaders. The conference creates space for meaningful discussions, interactive workshops, and community-building activities.
Participants engage in conversations about emerging changes and ongoing challenges within opportunity programs and higher education, while exploring pathways for professional, academic, and leadership development. Together, we focus on bridging gaps across our work and envisioning more sustainable futures for ourselves and the communities we serve.
