This position requires an advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, as well as relevant, progressive leadership and professional experience that includes demonstrated success in managing and supervising physical and mental health services in a college or university setting. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills within a diverse environment, strong fiscal and budget skills, extensive experience in team management, coalition-building skills, experience in interdisciplinary settings, familiarity with electronic health records, and excellent communication skills are also required.
