Elizabeth McCloud is Vice President of State Grant and Special Programs for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA). As Vice President, she provides leadership, strategic planning, management and administration of policies that govern or impact state aid programs, with an emphasis on the policy impact for students and postsecondary institutions.
Prior to being promoted to this role in January of 2017, Elizabeth served as the Assistant Vice President beginning in September of 2015. Previously, Elizabeth served as the Director of Financial Aid at Elizabethtown College, where she spent 20 years assisting students and families in the pursuit of postsecondary education. Elizabeth is committed to promoting access to postsecondary education for students at every need level.
