EOP Director Position at Tompkins Cortland Community College

Tompkins Cortland Community College seeks a Director of Educational Opportunity Programs and Assistant Diversity Officer ASAP. The Director of Educational Opportunity Programs and Assistant Diversity Officer (DEOP/ADO) will work closely with and report to the AVP of Student Services and Senior Diversity Officer (AVPSSSDO) to implement best practices related to equity, diversity, justice, and inclusion (EDJI) Plan.

This position is within the Professional Administrators Union. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Applicants must hold an earned Master’s degree in a field relevant to the position, have at least four years of related work experience and demonstrate the ability to meet the travel requirements of the position. Periodic travel and some evenings and weekends in support of special projects and events will be required. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment. This is a grant funded, renewable, full-time, 12-month position.
