Christina Broderick-Royes, LSW, is a mental health and organizational change consultant, educator, and speaker dedicated to transforming the way institutions support historically marginalized communities. As the founder of Intention Elevation, she partners with educational institutions, corporations, and small businesses nationwide to create sustainable mental health-focused programs, leadership development initiatives, and strategic change management solutions.

With a background as a licensed social worker, adjunct professor, and former TRIO program coordinator, Christina has worked extensively within higher education, ensuring that students from underrepresented backgrounds receive the support they need to thrive. She has developed and facilitated workshops, staff trainings, and consulting programs that empower educators and leaders to integrate proactive mental health strategies into their institutions.
