July 2021 marked the 50th anniversary of the Higher Education Equal Opportunity Act of 1971, through which the Pennsylvania General Assembly established the Higher Education for Disadvantaged Students (Act 101) Program.
To begin its celebration, PHEAA produced a promotional video to be shared with the legislative offices and colleges.
