President’s Welcome

Since 1988, the Tri-State Consortium of Opportunity Programs in Higher Education has been a fixture in the Tri-State area.

I write this personal note in recognition of its intent, purpose, and direction. I have had the opportunity to work with education professionals who operate with integrity, understanding, and support one another as we all strive for the positive outcomes of our students and rising professionals.

More than simply a matter of access, these professionals work collaboratively in support of individual ownership, increased opportunity, and development of personal and professional resources.

I commend their level of commitment, endurance, focus, and willingness to share the work. I invite you to join our membership, visit our website, attend our workshops and conferences, and share your ideas and experiences.
