The VP DEIA-B will be the organizational leader for enhancing and formalizing a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging within the university community across all aspects of education, programs, services, and employment opportunities at the university; as well as creating an expansive and far-reaching vision and strategic plan to ensure its implementation.
