University of New Haven Interviewing for VP for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging

The University of New Haven invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging. The VP DEIA-B will be the organizational leader for enhancing and formalizing a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging within the university community across all aspects of education, programs, services, and employment opportunities at the university; as well as creating an expansive and far-reaching vision and strategic plan to ensure its implementation.

The position requires a master’s degree (doctorate preferred); experience leading efforts related to elements of DEIA-B including race, gender, LGBTQ+, ability, neurodiversity, veteran status, socioeconomic status, religion, etc.; and advanced knowledge, understanding and experience implementing DEI practices related to a university setting.
