Drew University seeking Director of EOF & Student Success Programs

Drew University is seeking a Director of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) and Student Success Programs in its Center for Academic Excellence. The Director is responsible for visioning, leading, and managing all aspects of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program at Drew University. In collaboration with other staff colleagues in the Center for Academic Excellence, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and coordinating quality support programs for a diverse population of students, including EOF students, first generation students, Pell-eligible and other under-resourced students. All programming will facilitate student success, retention, persistence to graduation, and post-graduation success.
