The dean of institutional equity and inclusion is a vital member of the President’s cabinet who, with a talented team of professional staff, oversees the education, development, and sustenance of a just campus community. Serving as the College’s chief diversity officer, has one of the broadest portfolios of all the senior leaders in the cabinet and works closely with colleagues in the senior administration to advance equity, inclusion, and full participation in every aspect of the educational, residential, and professional life of the College.
